Sustainability Report

The report describes Antofagasta plc's 2017 sustainability performance across the Antofagasta Minerals and FCAB operations, with zero fatalities highlighted as the Group's most important achievement. It records Board approval and implementation of the Sustainability Policy and a new Environmental Management Model, alongside a committed 300,000-tonne CO2 reduction over 2018-2022. It also presents community programmes, renewable-energy use and water-management measures, and explains that a formal materiality analysis shaped the report.
