Sustainability Report

The report presents Apleona's 2025 sustainability performance on a consolidated group basis, including SBTi validation of its near-term emissions targets and detailed Scope 1, 2 and 3 reporting. It reports 151,584 MWh of total energy consumption, a 5% renewable-energy share and 697,435 tCO2e of market-based total GHG emissions. The workforce total was 42,732 employees, while women represented 6.3% of the Supervisory Board. Selected energy, emissions and EU Taxonomy disclosures were covered by EY limited assurance.
