Overview

The report describes the company's resilience during COVID-19 while maintaining critical infrastructure, employee safety and community support. It reports that 85 percent of global electricity consumption came from renewable sources at year-end 2020. Aptar's Scope 1 and 2 target and Scope 3 target were validated by the SBTi, covering reductions of 28 percent and 14 percent respectively by 2030. Operationally, 53 percent of facilities were Landfill Free certified and sites achieved a 77 percent disposal avoidance ratio.
