Overview

The report presents 2024 consolidated revenue of RON 2,945,461,230, up 17%, following the integration of Romtec Europa and the Parmafood companies. It introduces a consolidated ESRS Sustainability Statement and a double materiality assessment. Climate disclosures report Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, while 54% of electricity consumption came from renewable sources and the Group targets a 10% reduction in Scopes 1 and 2 by 2026 from 2021. The Sustainability Statement received limited assurance from Ernst & Young Assurance Services SRL.
