Annual Report and Environmental and Social Responsibility Report

The report presents ARAUCO's 2006 growth and sustainability activities, including consolidated sales of US$ 2,850 million, the commissioning of the Nueva Aldea complex and biomass cogeneration projects estimated to reduce 333,392 tons of CO2-equivalent emissions annually. It reports 34,119 workers and collaborators across four countries and 326 community initiatives. The report also includes a GRI indicator index and describes its use of GRI Guidelines as a reference.
