Overview

The report presents ArcelorMittal Luxembourg's 2019 sustainability performance across its industrial sites, workforce and stakeholder activities. It reports 3,786 employees at year-end and one work-related fatality in the performance indicators. Resource efficiency is highlighted through 95.1% recycled materials in crude steel casting and extensive recycling initiatives. The report also describes the Group's carbon-neutrality commitment by 2050 and a 30% reduction target for European CO2 emissions by 2030.
