The report highlights Arch's cross-business sustainability framework and operational climate performance in 2024. Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions increased 4% year-over-year, while Arch set a 42% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 from a 2020 base year and a net-zero operations target by 2030. Community giving included more than $1.7 million in Arch Group Foundation grants and over $4 million in corporate-level donations.
