Overview

The report describes Arcos Dorados' 2018 regional workforce of more than 78,000 employees and its continued focus on youth employment. It provided 300thousand hours of training and reported 21 average training hours per person. Environmental highlights included a 15% reduction in energy consumption to 484,157 MW/h and water consumption of 1,219,558 m3/year in its main operations.
