Annual Report

The report presents the company's 2024 consolidated financial and sustainability performance, including its first Sustainability Statement prepared under ESRS and CSRD requirements. It reports a gross Scope 1, Scope 2 location-based and Scope 3 total of 255,015 tCO2eq, alongside 2,133 employees at year-end. The sustainability disclosures are organised around EU Taxonomy and ESRS environmental, social and governance chapters and include a double materiality assessment. EY S.p.A. provided limited assurance over the Consolidated Sustainability Statement.
