Annual Report

The report describes the company's 2021 material risk assessment and highlights a 40% CO2 reduction target by 2030 through energy-efficiency and renewable-energy investments. It also reports green-building certification activity in the Dutch portfolio and a goal to switch all electricity to certified renewable electricity by 2027. Social initiatives included community support, employee volunteering and expanded training, while a Board-established ESG Committee reviewed ESG policies and initiatives.
