Sustainability Report

The report sets a five-year sustainability strategy with 13 goals, including a 34% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and a 20% reduction in operational food waste by 2028. It reports that renewable energy use rose 31% to 13% of total energy consumption, while market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions fell 3% in 2023. The report also describes regenerative agriculture initiatives and publishes group-level energy, emissions, workforce and safety metrics, with selected indicators independently assured.
