Consolidated Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Infortar's first consolidated ESRS/CSRD sustainability disclosure after the consolidation of Tallink and the late-year integration of Elenger Polska. It reports 2024 group GHG emissions of 203,871 t CO2-eq for Scope 1, 16,193 t CO2-eq for market-based Scope 2, and 5,752,418 t CO2-eq for Scope 3. The report also highlights 16.7 MW of solar capacity and 9,739 MWh of solar production, and includes the Group's first limited assurance engagement.
