The report describes Tallink Grupp's group-wide sustainability strategy across environmental, social and governance priorities in 2021. Key initiatives included replacing single-use cabin toiletries with refillable dispensers, advancing reuse and circular-economy practices, and supporting employee health through COVID-19 testing, vaccination and mental-health services.
