Integrated Report

The report describes the company’s 2023 progress as it integrated sustainability into management across its global operations. It brought the value-chain net-zero target forward from 2050 to 2040 and set detailed Scope 1, 2 and 3 reduction milestones. Sustainability oversight was strengthened through the Global Sustainability Committee and Board of Directors reporting, alongside expanded board diversity. The report also highlights the launch of a global procurement function and the Speak Up grievance mechanism aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
