Annual Report

The report describes a difficult year for Asahi India Glass, with consolidated net sales rising 15.7% to ` 1,927 crores while the company recorded a consolidated net loss of ` 99 crores. Its community program focused on education, health, empowerment and livelihood development near its Bawal and Roorkee plants. Initiatives included school transport and remedial education, adult literacy, vocational training, women’s self-help groups and community health camps.
