Overview

The report describes ASB's FY23 progress across financial, social and environmental strands. Highlights include approximately 24,000 customers accessing Support Finder, 72,000+ financial wellbeing reviews, a first Maori and Pasifika internship programme, and 6,500+ staff volunteering hours. Environmentally, ASB reports approximately $1.2 billion contributed toward its FY30 Sustainability Funding Target and its fourth year of Toitu Envirocare net carbonzero certification via offsetting residual emissions. It also reports a 42% operational-emissions reduction target by FY30 from a FY20 baseline.
