Annual Financial Report

The report presents the Group's first ESRS/CSRD Sustainability Report and applies a first Double Materiality Assessment to identify impacts, risks and opportunities. It reports 25,834 MWh of energy consumption, with 1.1% from renewable sources, alongside 41,131 tCO2eq of Scope 1 emissions and 495 employees at year-end. Governance disclosures assign sustainability oversight to the Board of Directors, supported by the Sustainability Committee, and the report includes limited external assurance by KPMG.
