Annual Report (I)

The report describes ASE Technology Holding's first-year consolidation after its April 30, 2018 establishment through the ASE-SPIL share exchange. The company reported consolidated 2018 operating revenue of NT$371,092,421 thousand and 93,891 employees. It also describes group sustainability governance, ISO 14001/14064-based environmental systems, and CSR policies covering environmental, human-capital, supply-chain and social-engagement priorities. The report states that the first CSR report would be issued in 2019.
