Annual Report

The report reviews the Group's ESG performance for 1 July 2021-30 June 2022 and explains that the acquisition of Shenzhen Jinlong diversified the portfolio through air-conditioner distribution. It reports approximately 351,000 fruit trees at period end, including 43,300 passion-fruit trees planted since February 2022. Environmental disclosures record 114.11 tonnes of direct CO2e emissions, alongside measures for energy, water, waste and soil management.
