Overview

The report describes Castrén & Snellman's sustainability work through a double materiality assessment aligned with ESRS and a new set of internal sustainability KPIs. It reports 282 employees at the end of the reporting period and highlights extensive training, diversity, gender equality and work-life-balance initiatives. Environmental performance included 1,590 tonnes of GHG emissions, 1,725 MWh of energy consumption and an 87% renewable-energy share. The firm also continued its climate work through emissions reduction, Green Office certification and a carbon-credit cooperation with Carbonaide.
