Annual Report

The report presents ASM's 2025 record revenue of EUR 3,173.2 million and 4,519 employees, alongside 100% renewable electricity and a 44% reduction in market-based Scope 1+2 emissions versus the 2021 baseline. It highlights the launch of a 2030 ESG strategy, SBTi-validated targets, and a net-zero pathway to 2035. The GHG inventory reports 2,759 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1, 2,745 tonnes CO2e of market-based Scope 2, and 1,712,815 tonnes CO2e of Scope 3. The report also records a 0.13 recordable injury rate and a CDP Climate A rating.
