Sustainability Report

The report describes ASML's 2010 sustainability strategy and performance across operations, products, value chain and culture. It reports 903 TJ of total energy used and a 2015 goal to halve Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions compared with 2010. Workforce totaled 9,245 FTE payroll and temporary employees, while ASML's environmental management system was covered by ISO 14001. The report also includes an independent moderate-assurance statement from Sustainable-Business.
