Overview

The report presents ASMPT's 2019 ESG performance across its global operations, covering 15,200 employees in 30 countries and a formal ESG governance structure involving the Board, Executive Committee and ESG Committee. It reports 3,948 tonnes of non-hazardous waste and 7,586 tonnes of hazardous waste, with recycling rates of 80% and 59%, respectively. The Group recorded no work-related fatality and provided an average of 16.6 training hours per employee. Community activity included 167 initiatives and approximately 25,000 volunteer service hours.
