Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Aspen's 2024 sustainability progress across people, climate, communities, responsible investment and governance. It reports 1,206 full-time employees, 22% female representation on the AIHL Board, and gross GHG emissions of 359 tCO2e Scope 1, 710 tCO2e Scope 2 location-based and 21,744 tCO2e Scope 3. The report also highlights group-wide sustainable underwriting guidelines, responsible investment initiatives and $2.25M in charitable and impact support. Emissions were independently reviewed by BSI under limited assurance against ISO 14064:2018 requirements.
