Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes a decentralized approach to corporate responsibility, with individual businesses responsible for improving performance and sharing good practice. In 2012, total energy use fell 4% despite a 9% increase in production, and 47% of energy came from renewable resources. The report also records five contractor fatalities at group sites and £32m invested to improve working conditions and equipment safety.
