Sustainability Update

The report describes AstraZeneca's 2015 sustainability priorities across access to healthcare, environmental sustainability, responsible research, ethical business practices and its workforce. It reports a 30% value-chain carbon-intensity commitment for 2025, 6.1% of total energy consumption from certified renewable sources, and 38,452 metric tonnes of total waste in 2015. It also highlights stronger sustainability governance and 33.0% women on the Board.
