The report describes AstraZeneca's 2018 sustainability strategy across access to healthcare, environmental protection, and ethics and transparency. It reports $22.1bn in total revenue, 61% of total electricity use sourced or generated from renewable sources, and 42% women representation on the Board of Directors. The report also describes company-wide materiality assessment, science-based emissions targets approved by the SBTi, and external assurance by Bureau Veritas.
