Overview

The report describes ASX's new sustainability framework, built around Sustainable ASX and Sustainable marketplace and informed by 10 material topics agreed by the Board. The company reports a 99.4% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions against the FY21 baseline and 100% renewable electricity sourced where it has operational control. People highlights include a 63% employee engagement score, 42% female representation across ASX, and 40% of primary paid parental leave taken by male employees. ASX also set a net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 target for FY25 and launched environmental futures products in July 2024.
