Overview

The report describes AT&T's 2015 sustainability progress across People, Planet and Possibilities, including more than 10,000 veterans hired and a workforce that was 33% women. It reports $119.1 million in annualized energy savings from 15,050 projects and 5.9 million gallons of gasoline avoided through 11,257 alternative-fuel vehicles. AT&T also invested $317 million through AT&T Aspire and recorded more than 5.4 million employee and retiree volunteer hours. The report sets a 20% Scope 1 reduction target by 2020 from a 2008 baseline.
