Overview

The report presents ATOSS Group's first full application of the VSME standard and reports consolidated 2025 sustainability performance across climate, workforce and governance. It sets a Scope 1-3 target to reduce GHG emissions 90% from 2023 by 2045; reported 2025 gross emissions were 721 t CO2e for Scope 1, 506 t CO2e for location-based Scope 2 and 2,658 t CO2e for Scope 3. The Group had 856 employees at year-end, recorded zero fatalities, and obtained limited assurance from PricewaterhouseCoopers over the separate non-financial group report.
