Business Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes Atul's third Business Responsibility Report for 2018-19, covering policies for all nine BR principles and noting that they were approved by the Board and signed by a Whole-time Director. It reports 2,574 permanent employees and 3,111 temporary, contractual or casual employees at March 31, 2019. The report also highlights implemented energy-conservation and clean-technology initiatives, compliance of manufacturing emissions, effluents and waste with CPCB/SPCB limits, and six community programs spanning education, empowerment, health, relief, infrastructure and conservation.
