Responsibility Statement for the Annual Financial Report

The report presents Audax's first Sustainability Statement prepared under the ESRS/CSRD framework, supported by an annual double materiality assessment covering impact and financial perspectives. The company reports 3,655,470.0 tCO2e of total market-based GHG emissions for 2024, with Scope 3 representing more than 99% of the footprint. It also reports 783 employees and 3,418.3 MWh of total energy consumption, of which 64% came from renewable sources. KPMG reproduced a limited assurance report covering the NFIS and Sustainability Reporting as a whole.
