Overview

The report is ARTC's inaugural ESG report for 2021-22, presenting a modal-shift-to-rail sustainability ambition and a first TCFD disclosure and roadmap. Key reported outcomes include 21,914tCO2e in Scope 1 and 2 operational emissions, a 4.45 AIFR, and equal gender representation on its eight-member Board. It also reports 2,037 employees, 28.0% female workforce representation and 3.1% First Nations representation, alongside a first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and UN Global Compact signatory status. ARTC set a 10% Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target by June 2024.
