The report presents CSR around employee engagement, people development, health and safety, environmental impact, sustainability and energy-efficient operations. It reports a 2016 year-end workforce of 847, including 301 female employees and two female directors out of six. The Group's GHG statement reports combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 absolute carbon emissions of 445 tCO2 for 2016, down from 793 in 2015, using the GHG Protocol. It also highlights BREEAM-rated offices and 1,297 trees planted on Auto Trader's behalf.
