Annual Report

The report describes a 12.6% year-on-year decrease in reported CO2 emissions to 6,170 tons and the opening of two model eco-friendly stores during fiscal 2011. It also highlights efforts to reduce packaging use and recycle store waste, alongside community cleanup activities that collected 530 kilograms of waste in October 2010.
