The report presents a 19.3% increase in consolidated turnover to approximately €766 million and records the acquisition of HR Automóveis Portugal, the Group's largest foreign subsidiary. It also includes a dedicated corporate responsibility and sustainable development section, with GRI-based non-financial indexes and EU Taxonomy disclosures covering turnover, CapEx and OpEx. Workforce reporting covers 1,562 people, while health and safety disclosures report nine employee lost-time incidents.
