Annual Report

The report covers the year ended 31 December 2023 and records a substantial recovery in the Group's business, with consolidated revenue of HK$139,243 thousand. Its ESG disclosures quantify 208.48 tonnes of CO2-e in total GHG emissions, 291.94 MWh of total energy consumption and 704.00 m3 of water consumption. The Group reports 152 employees, no work-related fatalities and a five-director all-male Board. It also describes a stakeholder-based materiality assessment, Board and ESG committee oversight, and 5% reduction targets for GHG emissions, energy consumption, water consumption and non-hazardous waste by 2025 against 2022 baselines.
