Overview

The report describes AVI's group-wide approach to sustainable development, with the Board retaining overarching responsibility for sustainability matters and a material-issues index supporting the disclosures. It reports 2021 environmental performance, including water, energy and carbon-emissions data, and discusses resource conservation, biodiversity, packaging and waste practices. Social disclosures cover transformation, employee development, health and safety, COVID-19 impacts, and extensive corporate social investment. The report also includes a climate-related risks and opportunities summary following the TCFD recommendations.
