Sustainability Report

The report describes Aviva's sustainability activity in 2022, including SBTi validation of its carbon-reduction goals and a 43% decrease in operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions against the 2019 baseline. It also reports that SBTi approved investment targets and that Aviva achieved its goal of matching all its electricity to renewable sources three years early. Its community work included improving resilience for an estimated 2.4 million people during 2022.
