Our Sustainability Ambition

The report describes Aviva's 2024 sustainability action across communities, climate, sustainable investment and human rights. The company contributed £32.9 million to communities, with programmes estimated to benefit over one million people. It reports a 51% reduction in operational Scope 1 and 2 emissions against its 2019 baseline and a 90% reduction ambition by 2030. Aviva also reports £8.7 billion invested in sustainable assets and completion of a human rights saliency assessment.
