Annual Report

The report continued Dufry's GRI-based sustainability reporting approach in 2018 and expanded the operations included in its sample data. It highlights the development and rollout of a Supplier Code of Conduct, acknowledged by 82% of top suppliers. The workforce disclosure reports 30,264 FTE employees at December 31, 2018, alongside initiatives on employee development, diversity and data protection.
