Sustainability Report

The report presents Dufry's 2018 sustainability approach in accordance with the GRI Standards, Core Option, with an unchanged materiality matrix and broader HR data coverage. It highlights the Supplier Code of Conduct, acknowledged by 82% of top suppliers, and group-wide workforce data of 30,264 FTE at year-end. Environmental activities include retail shops in 22 carbon neutral airports and initiatives to reduce bags, packaging, paper and energy use. Social highlights include ONEDUFRY, global training and mentoring, and extensive community partnerships supporting children and families.
