Annual Report

The report presents Dufry's 2019 sustainability performance through a dedicated GRI Core Option ESG report, a revised materiality assessment and expanded data coverage. It highlights the addition of Data Privacy and IT Security as material topics, full workforce reporting and continued employee, environmental and community initiatives. Board-level ESG oversight was strengthened through the appointment of a Board member responsible for overseeing ESG initiatives.
