Overview

The report describes Dufry's 2022 ESG progress across climate, people and governance. It reports validation of the company's Scope 1, 2 and 3 emission-reduction targets by SBTi, including a 94.2% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030. Dufry also substituted 20% of consumed electrical energy with renewable energy and reported 23,792 Group FTEs at year-end. Its second Diversity and Inclusion survey reached all headcount across global operations.
