Sustainability Report

The report describes Axis Bank's FY 2018-19 sustainability performance through a 61,940-person workforce, including 23% women, and a sustainable lending exposure of ₹ 5,498 crores. It also reports 7.05 MW of installed solar capacity and 9,162.24 MT of GHG emissions avoided through energy and resource-efficiency initiatives. Community and financial-inclusion programmes are prominent, including Foundation programmes reaching 447,182 households and trainees.
