Overview

The report is Axis Bank's first Integrated Annual Report for fiscal 2024. It combines consolidated financial reporting with extensive ESG disclosures, including materiality assessment, Board-level ESG oversight, TCFD-aligned climate reporting and reasonable assurance of BRSR Core. The Bank reports progress on sustainable financing, tree planting, financial inclusion and employee diversity, while its operational emissions and resource data generally exclude subsidiaries.
