Overview

The report documents Axpo's 2022/23 sustainability performance across climate, energy, people and governance. It reports a precise consolidated total of 2,170,790 tonnes of CO2e across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, alongside net-zero ambitions for 2040 and 2050. Workforce headcount increased to 6,756, while women represented 23.6% of employees and 11% of the Board of Directors. Selected materiality, energy, emissions, parental-leave and health-and-safety disclosures were subject to limited external assurance.
