The report presents Ayvens' first CSRD- and ESRS-aligned Sustainability Statement, including a comprehensive double materiality assessment across its operations and value chain. It reports a 14% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from the 2019 baseline by 2024 and provides detailed Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 metrics. The report also records 14,194 employees at year-end, with women representing 50% of the Board of Directors. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by executive and Board committees.
