Annual Report and Financial Statements

The report describes Babcock's FY21 transformation and financial reset alongside progress in developing its Group-wide ESG strategy. It sets out Plan Zero 40, including a commitment to net zero carbon emissions by 2040, and reports Group emissions of 220,388.0 tCO2e. The report also introduces a materiality assessment, enhanced TCFD and GRI/SASB disclosures, and describes workforce diversity and safety performance, including two fatalities during 2020/21.
