Sustainability Report

The report refreshes Babcock's sustainability strategy around six priorities informed by a double materiality assessment of over 90 topics. It reports SBTi validation of its climate targets, including a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction by 2030 and value-chain net zero by 2050. The report also highlights workforce inclusion initiatives and reports that women represented 19.5% of the workforce in calendar year 2024.
